Amazon store guide: delivery, returns, payment and customer service
Amazon runs separate Gulf stores, amazon.ae for the UAE and amazon.sa for Saudi Arabia, selling its own stock alongside items from third-party sellers. Amazon.ae replaced Souq.com in the UAE in 2019.

Amazon in the UAE
Amazon.ae has few general codes; most are bank card codes that change every month, plus first-order app codes. Free delivery depends on having AED 100 of items shipped by Amazon, not your basket total.

- Bank codes carry the month in their name (for example AHBOCT20 for October); a code from last month will not work.
- Only items fulfilled by Amazon count toward the AED 100 free-delivery level; items from other sellers do not.
- Cash on delivery costs AED 10 and is not offered once your open orders pass AED 1,000.
Amazon in Saudi Arabia
Amazon.sa has very few public codes; the one most listed is NEW20 for a first order. Bank card codes appear for a few days at a time, and cash on delivery is currently switched off.

- NEW20 is the only Amazon.sa code we found on two sites; one lists a SAR 30 cap and an end date of 16 October.
- Free delivery needs SAR 100 of items fulfilled by Amazon; otherwise standard delivery starts at SAR 12.
- Cash on delivery is temporarily unavailable, so plan to pay by card, mada, Tabby or Tamara.
