Level Shoes codes apply only to items marked with a black star (★), one code per order, and you need to be logged in. Codes cannot be used to buy e-Gift Cards, and some styles and brands are excluded.
Riyadh gets 2-hour delivery on selected items ordered before 10 PM, or scheduled same-day and next-day delivery. The rest of Saudi Arabia takes 1 to 3 business days, and items sent from Dubai take 2 to 4 business days.
You can return unworn items free of charge within 30 days of delivery by requesting a return from your account; the team contacts you within 2 days to arrange collection.
