## MUJI Saudi Arabia facts (read 2026-11-03)

- Delivery: The Saudi delivery page, read on 3 November 2026, names home delivery for accessories and white-glove delivery for furniture, storage and selected luggage. It does not print a fee. The FAQ says the time and the cost vary by location. Do not use the UAE dirham fees on this page
- Click and collect: The Saudi FAQ says click and collect is free for all orders. The terms say an order that is not collected within 7 days of the ready notice can be cancelled
- White glove: By appointment, to the room you choose, then unpacked and assembled. One white-glove item sends the whole order by that service. The FAQ excludes outdoor patio structures, marble or stone sink consoles, lighting, mirrors, rugs, and anything that needs wall mounting
- Returns: The returns page says 14 days from delivery, unused, in the original packaging, with the invoice. Home accessories can go back to a store. Furniture and other large items need a customer-service inspection and pickup. The FAQ still says 15 days from receipt. Underwear, swimwear and health and beauty products are excluded. The returns page lists Customer Delivery Service at +966 8001 111 000. The FAQ still prints 800-74292 and gives hours in UAE time
