## FirstCry Saudi Arabia facts (read 2026-11-01)

- Free delivery: For products shipped from Saudi Arabia, delivery is free on orders of SAR 100 or more and SAR 12 below that. That order value leaves out cash-on-delivery charges, shipping, gift wrap and gift certificates. The FAQ sets a minimum order of 10, excluding tax and the price after a voucher or other offer
- Dispatch and delivery: The shipping policy says orders ship within 24 hours, and only for stock FirstCry owns; the help centre says 24 to 72 hours unless the product page says otherwise. Shipping runs every day except Friday and national holidays. The general estimate is about 7 to 10 days by air and 10 to 15 days by land, and the product page shows the figure for that item. The homepage also offers FirstCry Happiness same-day and next-day delivery where the postal code shows it. The FAQ says FirstCry does not ship outside Saudi Arabia
- Returns: Clothes, footwear and maternity follow the product page. Birthday items: 2 days from delivery. Other products: 7 days, except a long list that cannot be returned, including diapers, wipes, formula, feeding bottles, cosmetics, furniture, strollers and ride-ons. The product page wins if it disagrees. Send it back in the original packaging with the receipt. Where FirstCry collects it, pickup takes 7 to 10 days. Shipping, cross-border charges and cash-on-delivery charges are not refunded, and neither is a coupon used on the order
- Payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and China UnionPay cards issued in Saudi Arabia, debit cards from Saudi banks, and cash on delivery. An account with an email address and a mobile number is required before you can order
- Customer service: Email care@firstcry.sa, call 8001110007 from inside Saudi Arabia, or +966 11 510 2900 from abroad. Saturday to Thursday 8 AM to 10 PM Saudi time, and Friday 1 PM to 10 PM. The contact page gives Building 3144, King Abdullah Street, Al Mughrizat, Riyadh 12481. Commercial registration 1010627308
