## FirstCry UAE facts (read 2026-11-01)

- Free delivery: Free on orders of AED 50 or more. Below that, shipping is AED 8. That order value leaves out cash-on-delivery charges, shipping, the platform fee, gift wrap and gift certificates. Some places cost more whatever the basket total. The FAQ sets a minimum order of 10
- Dispatch and delivery: The shipping policy says orders ship within 24 hours, and only for stock FirstCry owns; the help centre says 24 to 72 hours unless the product page says otherwise. Shipping runs every day except Friday and national holidays. The general estimate is about 7 to 10 days by air and 10 to 15 days by land, and the product page shows the figure for that item. The homepage also offers FirstCry Happiness same-day and next-day delivery where the pincode shows it
- Returns: The window is the one on the product page. Birthday items: 2 days from delivery. Caps, party wear, sweaters and similar: 7 days. Many clothes, footwear and bath-time items: 14 days. Ride-ons, strollers, furniture and some play equipment cannot be returned. Send it back in the original packaging with the receipt. Where FirstCry collects it, pickup takes 7 to 10 days. Shipping, the platform fee, cross-border charges and cash-on-delivery charges are not refunded, and neither is a coupon used on the order
- Payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and China UnionPay cards issued in the UAE, debit cards from UAE banks, and cash on delivery. An account with an email address and a mobile number is required before you can order
- Customer service: Email care@firstcry.ae or call +971 4 806 3800. Monday to Saturday 9 AM to 9 PM UAE time, and Sunday 12 PM to 9 PM. The contact page gives the address as South Logistics District, Dubai South, Dubai
