- Shipping: The English shipping page on laverne.co, read on 4 November 2026, says Gulf shipping is SAR 39 and the customer pays a customs fee of 5% of the invoice. The same page also says Laverne bears the shipping cost. It does not print an AED delivery fee
- Returns: The Arabic returns page says the 7-day policy is for orders inside the UAE, counted from delivery, and that orders outside the UAE cannot be returned. Opened perfume, face, hand and skin care, and samples are excluded. A multi-item offer cannot be returned in part. The refund is in 3 to 5 working days after the shop receives the item, on the original payment method. An English returns page on the same site still says orders outside Saudi Arabia cannot be returned, and that returns are currently only for damaged items
- Cash on delivery: The returns page calls delivery and cash on delivery a paid service, and says that fee is deducted if you return the order. It does not print the fee
- Customer service: The shop pages print Support@laverneksa.com and +966 9200 29219. Returns start at return-laverne.com
